How to Identify Employees who share Email Addresses

Each employee should have their own unique email address. Sometimes, two or more employees might accidentally be set up with the same email. This can cause some problems. This guide will show you how to find employees who share the same email address so you can fix any issues.

1. Log in to your portal (e.g., yourcompany.instaff.org) as an Administrator.

2. Go to Admin and from the left-hand menu, click on Utilities then select Reports.

3. From the dropdown, select Employees who share Email Addresses.
