How do I activate and deactivate users?
1. This can be done by going into the Manage users page (Admin > Manage Users).
2. Select the users you wish to activate or deactivate.
3. Click "Activate Selected Users" or "Deactivate Selected Users"
Difference between Active and Inactive Users
The difference between active and inactive users is the amount of access users have.
As an active user, that user will have access to all their paystubs, tax forms as well as all the other active features. Active users when logging in will also be taken to the main page.
As an inactive user, the user will only have access to their paystubs and tax forms. Inactive users when logging in will be taken straight to their paystubs page. Inactive users will not have access to additional features.
