- Log in to your portal (e.g., yourcompany.instaff.org) as an Administrator.
- From the left-hand menu, go to Admin, select Time Off Requests > Balance Tracking > Update Balance From CSV File
Alternatively, click Search Pages, type ‘Update’, and select Update Balance from CSV File.
3. In the Upload Employee Time Off Balance File section, click Choose File to locate and select your CSV file.
4. Click Upload CSV File button.
5. Once the file is ready for preview, click the Preview and Verify button.
6. Select the correct Time Off Balance Unit, Balance As Of Date - Date Format and Balance As Of Date - Default Time (when time is missing).
*Note. If the Time Off Balance As Of Date column in your CSV file does not include a time value, choose a Date Format without time and set the Default Time (when time is missing) accordingly
7. Review the parsed document. If everything looks correct, click the Accept Parsed Document button; otherwise, click Reject to discard the file.
8. Once the import is successful, you can view employee balances in the Balance Reports.
