The Time Clock View will allow for an authorized terminal for employees to clock in/out. It is designed to help admin track employee attendance, worked hours, and compliance with schedules.
1. Log in to your portal (e.g., yourcompany.instaff.org) as an Administrator.
2. From the left-hand menu, go to Admin, then select Time Tracking.
3. Click Settings > Time Clock View.
4. Click Add a Row
5. Note that to set this up, please let us know your rounding rules. We will configure them for you. Once the setup is complete, you can start adding work hours for employees, and the rule we configured will appear in the Rule dropdown.
6. Proceed to select or enter the following:
- Employee (use the drop down menu)
- Rule (use the drop down menu)
- Start Time - Start of Employee's shift

End Time - End of Employee's shift
7. To remove an entry, check the box beside the selected employee, then click Remove Selected Row(s).
