Keeping employees informed is important. Make it easy by sending automatic notifications when new documents are published. This guide will show you how to set up these notifications, so your team always knows when something new is available.
1. Log in to your portal (e.g., yourcompany.instaff.org) as an Administrator.
2. From the left-hand menu, go to Admin > Portal Settings.
3. Go to Pay Documents then select the ‘Auto-send Notification Email To Employees Upon Publish’ checkbox.
Note: Before sending your notification, setup your Pay Document email template. |
